Wardling is built with privacy and user control in mind. This page explains how to request deletion of your Wardling account and what happens to your data.
Login & Security
Wardling delegates authentication to trusted providers: Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. This means your password is never stored or managed by Wardling. Authentication is handled by Google or Apple using their advanced security infrastructure, including encrypted connections, device-level protection, and optional multi-factor authentication.
This approach puts control in your hands. You decide which account to use, and you can revoke Wardling’s access at any time directly from your Google or Apple account settings. Once you sign in, Wardling receives only the minimal identity information required to create your Wardling profile. Wardling cannot access your emails, files, photos, contacts, or any other services linked to your Google or Apple account.
Access through Google or Apple is required in order to securely identify you and provide personalized styling services inside Wardling.
How to Delete Your Wardling Account
You can permanently delete your Wardling account and associated data directly inside the app:
- Open the Wardling app.
- Open the main Menu.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Profile.
- Confirm deletion.
Once confirmed, your account is scheduled for deletion. All associated data is permanently removed within a few days. During this short processing period, your data is no longer accessible in the app and cannot be used for personalization.
If you are unable to access the app, you may request deletion directly at support@colorwise.me.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your Wardling profile, the following data is permanently removed:
• Your Wardling user profile
• Saved outfits and looks
• Styling preferences and goals
• Uploaded photos
• Body and size information
• In-app activity related to styling recommendations
What Data May Be Retained
Some limited data may be retained for legal, financial, or fraud prevention purposes, including:
• Subscription and transaction records required for accounting and tax compliance
• Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
Retention periods follow applicable legal requirements. Retained data is not used for personalization once your account is deleted.
Revoking Google or Apple Access
You can also revoke Wardling’s access from your provider account at any time:

Revoking access prevents future login but does not automatically delete your Wardling profile. To fully remove your data, please follow the in-app deletion steps above.
