My wrist veins seems a mix of both blue and purple. I get red quite relatively quickly with the sun.
That photo makes your skin look fairly cool. And there isn’t much contrast in your colouring at first glance, though I can’t really see what colour your hair is? I’d guess summer, probably soft?
