The app is synchronized with your palette collection on colorwise.me. You should be logged-in in the browser and in the app with the same user to establish the sync.
To save a palette in the Palette Designer, give it a name and click Save. Now you can find it in your collection! If you’ve used that name before, it will overwrite it.
Create a custom palette from scratch, or adjust an existing palette. On the welcome page and on our social sites you can find many examples of palettes to start with. Just click on a link to open the palette in the editor.
