This is simple:
- Login with the same account on colorwise.me and in the app
- Click the link to the palette to open it in the Palette Designer
- Save the palette in your palettes collection on colorwise.me
- Your custom palette will be automatically imported into the app (on Android you might have to click Refresh button)
