Colorwise.me accurately analyzes what is seen in a picture. If your hair is blonde in the image and you are naturally a brunette, your coloring would still be determined based on what the image reflects. We also advise against a lot of makeup for the picture—foundation and other face makeup could alter your skin tone results.
It totally makes sense too, that if you are bleached it’d give you a different answer. It changes your palette too! Any time I dye my hair a different color I wear different make up and clothes too. 
Me too I have settled with my hair now so that makes things easier.
I agree completely, I always make sure my clients are happy with their hair & if it is staying that way long term. I don’t mind everyday make up that they wear regularly.
